Bottom left - lead came is formed around the glass pieces.

Bottom right - Once the window is leaded, all joints on both sides of the window must be soldered. We use our own proprietary mixture of caulking wich is worked into the space between the lead came and the glass. This "mud" process is critical for creating and maintaining a tight pliable seal in hot and cold weather for years to come.
